CASE ERECTING/FORMING

AUTOLOCK

Designed to automatically take the knockdown blank from the hopper magazine and transfer it to the erecting station of the machine. As the blank is pulled, the carton is erected, locked and deposited onto a conveyor to be discharged from the machine. This heavy-duty unit forms chipboard or corrugated cartons independently or it can be

integrated as an on-demand system into a fully automated packaging line.

INSERT PLACER AND GLUER

INSERTER STUFFER

RSC cases are erected and sealed with tape or glue, then indexed to the Insert Placer and Gluer where the major and minor flaps are folded down. After the flaps are folded, the insert is picked from the magazine, glue is applied and it is then precisely placed in the case.

The Boxxer Inserter Stuffer is used to form two-part, shelf-ready cases for retail display. HSC cases are erected and sealed with tape or glue and conveyed to the Boxxer Inserter Stuffer. As the bottom HSC component enters, the top HSC component is simultaneously erected. Both components are aligned, the top is inserted into the bottom using a plunger and the two-part case is

formed. The shelf-ready display case is then discharged with the flaps open for product loading.

TRAY ERECTING/FORMING

CARTONING

Use the PopLok to form mailers, shippers and display trays. The PopLok eliminates expensive hand labor while increasing productivity.

The Boxxer Kartnr V-Series automatic carton forming machine is engineered to vertically form a chipboard carton, insert the container and then close the carton. These compact machines can be easily adjusted for multiple products and feature a heavy-duty steel frame, programmable logic controller and a color touch screen. A robotic loading option is available for inserting tall or oddly-shaped products into cartons.

Available in three models:

The Vassoyo automatic tray former is designed to erect trays of various sizes and configurations using hot-melt glue. Applicable tray styles include both side and end-slotted four corner glue trays, one and two-piece telescope style trays and design-style containers with covers.

FOLD & TUCK WITH INSERTER

Engineered for the most complex carton forming applications, the PopLok fold and tuck tray former with display inserter is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, medical device, beauty, health and consumer electronics industries.

The VassoyoAir automatic tray former erects breaker and column case style trays in either triangle corner or L-corner post configurations. Trays with RSC style flaps and trays without flaps can be used to create retail-ready display trays.

In reference to their custom-made VassoyoAir automatic tray forming machine, Neil Catania stated “the box we use is special, so we needed a tray former that could efficiently fold down the top flaps, and fold up the side flaps and glue it all together - and that’s what EndFlex gave us." Neil Catania General Manager, M.L. Catania Company that wouldn’t be excessively expensive. The simplicity factor was especially important because we’re located in a pretty remote part of the country, where you don’t want things going wrong if you can avoid it. Eventually I came to the conclusion that this system was what I was looking for, and the fact that it all came from one source made it all the more appealing." Mike Abeyt Product Development, Ute Mountain Tribe Farm & Ranch "As I went to trade shows and conducted other forms of research, I was looking for simple, solid, reliable equipment
