INSERTER STUFFER
RSC cases are erected and sealed with tape or glue, then indexed to the Insert Placer and Gluer where the major and minor flaps are folded down. After the flaps are folded, the insert is picked from the magazine, glue is applied and it is then precisely placed in the case.
The Boxxer Inserter Stuffer is used to form two-part, shelf-ready cases for retail display. HSC cases are erected and sealed with tape or glue and conveyed to the Boxxer Inserter Stuffer. As the bottom HSC component enters, the top HSC component is simultaneously erected. Both components are aligned, the top is inserted into the bottom using a plunger and the two-part case is
formed. The shelf-ready display case is then discharged with the flaps open for product loading.
