Our patent-pending Centerline Adjustable Conveyor enhances guide rail stability and adjustability. The rails adapt to your product by adjusting the conveyor width, changing the dimension between conveyor strands.
Roller Lift Transfer Units use rollers to lift and engage the payload perpendicular to the flow direction, transferring it from the infeed conveyor to an adjacent transport conveyor. Bi-directional and configurable for two, three, or four-way traffic control.
A highly flexible conveyor solution with two independent actuators, allowing simultaneous Z-axis movements and separate decks for optimized product handling and sorting.
Designed for high-throughput operations, the Dual Deck VTU allows two products to be vertically transported at once. This increases cycle speed and is especially useful for parallel processing environments.
