For high heat, high chemical, and tight transfer applications, wire mesh Conveyors are a strong basic transport solution. The stainless steel mesh is available in multiple types of weaves/ densities to allow proper open area/ product support.

Alpine Conveyors can be used to elevate or lower products and provide accumulation buffers in between machines and processes.

ARB case rotators are used in place of traditional skewed roller and dual lane case rotators. The movement is achieved via the angled rollers embedded in the conveyor belt acting on the bottom of the product.

KEY FEATURES

OPTIONS

• Narrow footprint maximizes vertical space • Multi-level design for increased accumulation

• Elevate products • Lower products • Inline and Offline accumulation buffer for products • Infeed and Outfeed can be at the same or different heights

• 40% smaller footprint than traditional skewed rollers • Low maintenance • Guaranteed justification

• Simple • Minimal controls requirement • Small footprint

Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently merge and position items of all types and sizes from multiple lines into single file. Items may be positioned either in the center of the belt or along a side rail. Fluidly merges two or more lines into one without long accumulation lines, controls, or stop-and-go motion.

ARB Diverters divert products accurately without complex controls and moving parts. ARB diverters can replace pop up transfers, transfer tables, transfer tables.

ARB conveyors can be used for a variety of applications and have many options. Basic design involves a series of rollers molded into the plastic belt module. When the rollers are contacted by the product or the carrier bed product movement is achieved.

ARB Conveyors are used for product alignment and orientation. Justifying product to one side of a conveyor, rotating cases 90 -180 degrees and aligning product into lanes can all be done on ARB Conveyors.
