SANITARY NON-SANITARY NCC has vast experience building bulk handing conveyors with industry-proven designs. These include through belts, synchronized sidewall belting, and specialty-hinged side guides.

SANITARY

Twin-Strand conveyors are dual strand that convey pallets for the assembly automation industry. They can be designed for simple pallet transportation or with precision movement and location.

Wedge conveyors are used to take product, cartons, totes & cases from ground level to a high level (for example, Mezzanines or over operator aisle walk ways) and from high level to ground level.

90-degree belt turn conveyors can convey both packaged and unpackaged goods. Offering users flexibility, robust construction, and low maintenance makes these critical direction changes a strong solution for many industries/applications.

Zero Tangent Plastic Modular Belth Curve

Chicaning System

Case Handling Conveyor

KEY FEATURES

OPTIONS

• Zero-tangent belting eliminates the need for straight sections before/after curves • Offers greater flexibility in process flow and space- limited plants • Modular belt construction improves reliability and performance over other radius belting solutions

• Compact footprint • Constant inner radius no matter the belt width

• Eliminate the need for straight belt before and after the curve • Modular belt construction for improved reliability and performance • Lug-tooth style sprockets and positive drive system • Flat top construction eliminates catch points • Manages difficult to handle packages, heavier loads and higher speeds

Case conveyors can be used for straight transportation from point A to point B. Case conveyors can also be used for accumulation. Accumulation allows cases to be held on the line for a certain period of time and still allow upstream processes to continue while downstream equipment is stopped.

Chicaning Systems are used to orient mass product flow into a single file. They utilize a series of plows and speed changes to guide the products. Round product can be singulated at up to 500 ppm and square product up to 300 ppm.
