NON-SANITARY CONVEYORS
Turnkey Alpine Conveying
ARB Conveyor System - Activated Roller Belting
ARB Conveyor System - Perpetual Merge
ARB Conveyor System - Diverter
Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently merge and position items of all types and sizes from multiple lines into single file. Items may be positioned either in the center of the belt or along a side rail. Fluidly merges two or more lines into one without long accumulation lines, controls, or stop-and-go motion.
ARB Diverters divert products accurately without complex controls and moving parts. ARB diverters can replace pop up transfers, transfer tables.
ARB conveyors can be used for a variety of applications and have many options. Basic design involves a series of rollers molded into the plastic belt module. When the rollers are contacted by the product or the carrier bed product movement is achieved.
Alpine Conveyors can be used to elevate or lower products and provide accumulation buffers in between machines and processes.

FEATURES
• Narrow footprint maximizes vertical space • Multi-level design for increased accumulation
• Elevate products • Lower products • Inline and Offline accumulation buffer for products • Infeed and Outfeed can be at the same or different heights
• Multiple configurations for simplified conveying functions
• Flexible • High throughput • Reduced footprint • Simplified controls
• Safer than pushers and plows as they have no exposed moving parts • Can be placed on close centers for tight sorting or diverting requirements
• Small foot print, 120 ppm • Low maintenance • Gentle handling
• Eliminates complex controls and high ownership costs of servo merges • Continuous motion for higher throughput capacity • Small footprint with 40+ ppm rates
• Low cost of ownership • High throughputs • Low controls complexity • Products larger than 4 in. x 4 in. and less than 60 lb.
ARB Conveyor System - Sorting & Laning
ARB Conveyor System - Virtual Pocket
ARB Conveyor System - Case Rotator
ARB Conveyor System - Aligning &Orienting
Virtual Pocket Conveyors are used for high speed merges. A “virtual pocket” is assigned to each lane feeding the takeaway. The pocket is established with an encoder. Pocket availability is tracked for available merges.
ARB sorters are capable of sorting bi-directionally, at 30 degrees, and at 90 degrees. Because of the unique capabilities of ARB technology, sorting systems effectively handle a wide range of products within a small footprint.
ARB case rotators are used in place of traditional skewed roller and dual lane case rotators. The movement is achieved via the angled rollers embedded in the conveyor belt acting on the bottom of the product.
ARB Conveyors are used for product alignment and orientation. Justifying product to one side of a conveyor, rotating cases 90 -180 degrees and aligning product into lanes can all be done on ARB Conveyors.

• Tight divert spacing • High-speed bi-directional sorting above 100 ppm • Sorts products unsuitable for shoe sorters, narrow belt sorters, pivot wheels, and pushers
• Ideal for sorting products longer than 4 ft. or shorter than 9 in • Products weighing greater than 75 lb • Hard-to-handle products such as polybags
• Reduced need for electrical field devices to monitor merges and availability • Few moving parts and low maintenance • Can merge products from 2 to 20 lanes
• High takeaway rates • Minimal electrical field devices less field wiring and shorter installation times • Very reliable even with mixed product sizes
• Product moved without plows • Gentle action from the bottom of the product
• Flexible • High throughput • Small footprint • Simplified controls
• 40% smaller footprint than traditional skewed rollers • Low maintenance • Guaranteed justification
• Simple • Minimal controls requirement • Small footprint
