Glide-Line’s Zero Contact Zoned Conveyor eliminates back pressure and conserves energy by activating motors only when needed. Powered by a 24VDC brushless motor, it handles loads up to 200 lbs. per zone.
An innovative roller chain conveyor featuring built-in rollers and a programmable accelerator, reducing back pressure and providing precise control where you need it.
The Conveyor Rotate Unit provides smooth, precise rotation for pallet transfers at corners or ends. Servo-driven, it keeps the pallet’s leading edge and is perfect for oversized or heavy pallets. Customizable for any rotation angle or travel distance.
The Open Center Lift and Locate Unit provides configurable vertical positioning with ±0.05mm repeatable accuracy. It can be mounted to a station or directly to the conveyor, with performance dependent on the mounting structure.

Pedestal Mounting Support System
Glide-Line curves smoothly redirect pallets around corners with minimal friction using urethane belts and v-groove pulleys. Their modular design allows flexible routing in tight or complex layouts.
The Lift and Rotate Unit lifts pallets vertically and rotates them 90 degrees, providing improved product access. Manual rotation lets operators rotate the product without controls, and a rotation lock secures the pallet at the end of the cycle.
The DART Drop and Rotate Transfer Unit simplifies layouts and reduces costs by rotating from 1° to 360°, handling any angle transfer. Pallets can rotate or stay static, optimizing assembly workspace and offering endless design possibilities.
